An additional benefit to the customer lies in the fact that Newsmith has acquired over 30 years' experience of hygiene engineering technology and, therefore, has full technical knowledge of its chemicals and what performance to expect of them, for example, when undertaking swab tests to check that the detergent level in the washing solution is correct.

Full C.O.S.H.H. and Product Information Sheets are provided for each detergent product and operative training or guidance is given where appropriate.
Dispensing systems are available on a free-loan basis for most chemicals and detergents which Newsmith supplies. This equipment is installed and maintained at no direct cost to the client, provided the client buys the detergents from us. During a customer care service visit, Newsmith will check that the detergent equipment is functioning correctly and provide any adjustments necessary for it to achieve optimum economy and wash results.
