All our machines are available with an integrated maintenance support package designed to meet your needs with regard to advice, service and upgrade features throughout the machine's working life. More and more, people using washing machines can see the benefits afforded to them when we remain in close contact with customers and the machines themselves, and many customers take out regular service contracts. The frequency and timing of these service visits are pre-determined by mutual agreement. A report is generated after the inspection, one copy being left for the client for reference and another being passed to Newsmith's Service Manager so as to provide an on-going performance history of the machine. This report will assist our service engineers if they need to carry out further or future rectifications or diagnoses, thereby minimising the cost of maintenance expenditure.
Ensuring a ready supply of replacement and spare parts, Newsmith's Service Department operates a fleet of fully-equipped vans and its engineers are fully aware of all Health and Safety at Work regulations. They are also able to train operators in the efficient use of energy, water and detergent. |
